and golf swing biomechanics can improve
your Golf Power and help you hit your longest
drive ever.  

Initial 90 Minute Workshop Session:  $150.00

Sessions will be broken down into Three Golf Ability Levels:
Level One:  Beginners.   
Level Two:  Intermediates. (25 handicaps and above)
and Level Three:  Avid Players (handicaps of 24 or below).

Workshops are open to Male and Female Golfers over the age of 13.

Student will receive:
  • A Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Screen.  This screen will include specific exercises
that will be tailored to your individual needs.
  • A Video Swing Analysis that will produce a take home printout of your swing compared to a pro
    model.
  • Take home information about the importance of the proper timing (kinetic sequencing) of the golf
    swing.
  • Measurement of the weight shift in your swing.
  • 5 things you can do to prevent injury.
  • 10 essential stretches for golf.
  • Discounts on recommended exercise and practice equipment.

In addition:
Beginners will receive:
  • Special consideration to learn the essential golf fundamentals.

Intermediate and Advanced Players will receive:
  • Measurement of the Club Speed, Launch Angle, Ball Speed, and Carry Distance of your current
    driver.  (Right handed golfers only).
  • 3D Biomechanical analysis of how your body moves while you swing.  This will show your Shoulder
    Speed, Hip Speed, and your power sequencing.  This analysis will show you the keys to your power
    improvement
